Warranty and Returns Policy

KalendarKards LLC strives to provide a valuable and supportive tool through its KalendarKards Memory Support System. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve any issues that might arise. However, we recognize there are situations that might call for you to return your system. Our Warranty and Returns Policy provides you with guidelines for resolving issues.

Warranty

KalendarKards LLC warrants all its products to be in proper working order. In the event a component is defective upon receipt, KalendarKards LLC will replace that item at no cost to the purchaser. A new item will be shipped to the purchaser as soon as possible.

Contact KalendarKards LLC to request a replacement component.

Returns

A RETURN MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

In the event a complete system is to be returned, the following steps must be taken:

1. Contact KalendarKards LLC within 30 days of your original purchase to submit your request. Provide your full contact information and the reason you are requesting a return. If approved, a Return Authorization Number will be issued via return email.

2. Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Number via email, print a copy of the Return Authorization email, and include it in your return shipment.

YOUR SHIPMENT MUST ARRIVE AT KALENDARKARDS LLC WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

Upon receipt, KalendarKards LLC will refund your purchase via the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event the original purchase was a cash sale at an event, the refund will be issued via check. (See below for refund schedule.)

Refunds

KalendarKards Memory Support System

The purchase price of the complete KalendarKards Memory Support System will be refunded less a $25 restocking fee.

The restocking fee covers replacement of the external packaging, replacement of insert if damaged during process, replacement of Stadium if not still in sellable condition, replacement of any printed collateral or accessory items, and the inspection and re-packaging and/or replacement of cards.

Custom Card Decks

Custom Card Decks vary in cost. Restocking fees will equate to 50% of the purchase price.

Accessories

Due to the very low cost of accessory items, no returns will be approved, nor will refunds will be issued. See Warranty section above regarding defective items.
